Sources suggest the man's surname was Blacas and he vowed to hang a star over his home village in Provence, France if he lived to get home from the Crusades (the Seventh, from 1248 - 1254). What was his full name?

I have to do a project about any type of significant event that happenned in Tennessee, I don't have any ideas and I need one A.S.A.P. It has to occur in a specific city, in Tennesse, and it could only last for a day. If you know a website or anything that I could get this information from, or perhaps even an event, please let me know.

Sweden is supposed to be one of the big weapon seller,to have spayed the members of some ethnic groups within the country ,to have provoked some African tribes to attack each other so that ıt could go on selling them weapons.Although Alfred Nobel was a big weapon producer and dealer, prizes are given out for the sake of PEACE and literature.
Yet, ıt claims to be the most peace-loving country.

I guess I mean the moral justifications (if we should be learning that..) Im not saying that eveyone should be reading Ayn Rand but it seems like what we learn about Vietnam or Korea was that they were some strategic mistake, that everyone was overly paranoid and reactionary in the 50's. And that containment was all about superpower rivalry, and economic competition. I dont think much is taught (in the middle and high schools) about Stalin or Mao's purges..(about Russian and Chinese history) I worry cause it seems that if we can now view why we were fighting communism with a sort of relativist disdain, then is it not possible we will forget what was wrong with Fascism or in a generation perhaps with terrorism.

Okay, so someone made a film showing Hitler as the nut case which I have always alleged he was. Dressing up his dog in Nazi gear, etc.

The real outrage, of course, that it was not his dog, but his male lover whom he dressed in haute couture. This was considered perfectly normal in Nazi Germany.

And thus, when Tony Curtis said to Marilyn Monroe, in front of Billy Wilder, that her (breasts) counted for nothing; as his butt was cuter and that was where it was at nowadays, Curtis was presaging a norm which Germany embraced before the Holocaust and which America was fast embracing.

This is the kind of corruption and perversion which the film should describe. Anything else is mild deference to that savage monster.
