How many questions can I ask when I reach level 3 and 4?

And how many points needed to reach them?

In level 3 u can ask 15 and level 4 u can ask 20 in a day, u can knw this by clicking on the points u have and u will get a whole table telling u the points needed and the amount of questions which can be asked
