I havent done it in a long........time (like since i was like 5) and i need to remember!!!!!!Please give me all the details. and try to include like what cerfise you think is better to start to try to do them on, like carpet, grass, gym floor, ect.

I was never properly trained on extensions. My leg feels as though it weighs 500lbs when I try to extend and hold it. Are there special exercises? ANYTHING to help me with this? I feel there must be some great secret somewhere.

Also, any tips on flexibility training? My straddle has always been terrible.

My ballet days are over, but I want to wow the ballroom scene with some extensions in theatre/arts work.

help, every website i go to the pointe shoe sizes are diff. if i go to a store it costs $10 just for fitting if im not buying there. (i have found cheaper options on the web) please reccomend a shoe for me im a size7.5-8 street shoe...thank you!

Our family is slightly short of moneyright now, and mum is making cut down to only three activiities a week. Currently I do hip hop, ballet, jazz, contempry and Rythmic Gymnastics. I* really want to be adancer and I seriously cannot decide. Rythmic gymnastics is a definite, but I realy can't decide on the other two!!!

The problem is that I'm somewhat overweight and if I walk into that dance studio and say that I want to do ballet, they're going to wet their pants because you have to be amazingly fit and graceful to be a ballerina...also I learned that you can only really start when you're young. I need help from a dancer, someone who can tell me if this is really a good idea...I want to do it so bad, but i think i'm too fat and somehow too old to do it. I regret stopping taking it. Advice please??
