Easy....I definetly taught myself how to do a cartwheel no problem. Try doing a handstand first....if you have no practice you will just flop over but basically that is the form of a cartwheel. Just keep working on getting your legs straight above your head and your arms straight also.

it's easy stand put 1 hand down go up the n put the other hand down and get into like like a handstand and then land
