At first I would practice them on a soft carpet or mat. Standing on the floor, you just dive head first toward the floor and MAKE SURE YOUR HANDS MAKE CONTACT BEFORE YOUR HEAD DOES! When you hands take the hit, you can place your head on the floor and take your legs over with you body in a rolled-up position. When your back hits the floor, try to be hunched up a little, so you don't smack the floor. Then stand up. That should do it.

like do a flip on the ground:
hands and knees on floor
head on the floor or ground (floor:carpet ground:sand)
push off with feet
keep knees bent
at the end you will be lying on your back
stand up
by the way: meke sure your in an open area
