as i watch you now
i remember a time long ago
when i was young and free
and could do as i please

with wonder in your eyes
and hope in your heart
a smile on your face
and a spring in your step

you are the picture of innocence
and should never be allowed out
for you will find the problems in the world
and then you become like the rest

fear in your eyes
a different hope in your heart
a frown on your face
and no spring in your step

i hope you stay innocent
so maybe the world has a chance
to remind them of their childhood
and give them some reason to live

I am writing a love story. Initially, I was only going to give one or two details about the physical description of the main character (the object of the narrator's desire.) Now, however, I have an image of her in my mind, and I feel the need to flesh it out with a more complete description. (I feel like her appearance says a lot about her personality.)

So, what do you think -- give most of the details, or leave it open for the reader's imagination?

what i call an "art" u may dislike it and say its full of cr@p,,
that means "art" depends on people's opinion and perspective,, its how we look at it,,rather than how it is,,
and most importantly,,the one who creates an "art" is more important than the "art" itself (u definately have to agree with this). so "art" doesn't have its identity,,
does this make "Arts" the worst "area of knowledge"?

I want to make my mom a calender for Xmas. If I laminate the pictures, will that ruin them? Do you have any other ideas on how I could put it together? I don't have the money to do it online or at the store, so I'm on my own this time. But she lives so far away for the school year, I thought this would be nice.
