THE BELLY AND THE OTHER MEMBERS
Aesop's Fables (620 - 560 BC) It is said that in former times the various members of the human body did not work together as amicably as they do now. On one occasion the members began to be critical of the belly for spending an idle life of luxury while they had spent all their time laboring for its support and ministering to its wants and pleasures. The members went so far as to decide to cut off the belly's supplies for the future. The hands were no longer to carry food to the mouth, nor the mouth to receive, nor the teeth to chew it. But, lo and behold, it was only a short time after they had agreed upon this course of starving the belly into subjection when they all began, one by one, to fail and flop and the whole body to waste away. In the end the members became convinced that the belly also, cumbersome and useless as it seemed, had an important function of its own, and that they could no more exist without it than it could do without them.

Later, the Queen opens the door and forgets to relock it.

I'm wanting to start out in wood carving. I was wondering what tools to buy? I was thinking something like a cutting knife and some palm tools, but I don't really know which ones. I am into making small objects like wooden necklaces (such as this...http://exquisitedreams.com/catalog/images/SW-007.jpg). Something that will have grooves, quite curvy.
Also if you can recommend what type of wood to use that'd be great, I'd prefer it to be something not too dark and easy to handle, but not something that'd be really weak.
Thanks a lot!

My friends and I are starting a new club at school. There's already a Drama Club, but they never do anything. And also it's pretty much impossible to get cast in the plays at my school unless you personally know the directors. So we're starting a club in which we produce plays and cast everyone who auditions. The main point is to get people into theatre and give people of all experience levels a chance at acting. The only problem is, we have no idea what to call the club. There's already a "Drama Club" at school. Any suggestions for names?
