By dark, I mean... Well one of the stories is about a mermaid who commits a particularly gory suicide. another is about a Teenage killer. I was thinking of "Wendsday Addams' Book of Bedtime Stories" but I think Wendsday addams' name is copyrighted.

For my Lit. class, I have an essay type project...I'm writing a journal in the perspective of Hester Prynne. All I really need to know is the year/years of all that took place (within the book itself).

Hi
I have to do an English project where I come up with other character's opinions on the character Polonius. The character's opinions are from Laertes, Ophelia, Hamlet, Gertrude and Claudius. Does anyone have any insight or a good, easy to navigate website? Thanks alot.

Note Well - this is not Ira Levin's Boys from Brazil.
Many years ago I read a ridiculous novel concerning a plot by Nazi Germany to clone — or reproduce — Hitler by impregnating a woman with his genetic material. I have neither the author nor book title and am thus obliged to search a little fruitlessly. A theme/scene in the novel involved the incarceration of Amelia Earhart by the Nazis though in what context I can’t remember.

The novel would have appeared prior to 1985 as it was then that I remember reading it in the library, so it would have been in print for some years prior to this.

All that I can add to the plot is that the woman who is carrying the clone is incarcerated on a Scottish island for some of the period of her pregnancy before giving birth to a daughter! The novel concludes with the Israelis having tracked the mother and daughter down with the intention of assassinating the daughter.

I was turned down for a sweet grad position on Tuesday, and they called me yesterday and said a spot opened up, and was I still interested? I said yes, and he said
"I'll speak to the artistic director, but don't worry."

He's going to call me later today. Did I get it? He told me I was wonderful, and was one of the few people they were interested. They auditioned over 1000.
