I'm playing Eva Jackson in The Rimers of Eldritch by Lanford Wilson, and at one point I have to scream and run into my mothers arms, but I dont know how to scream, can someone please help me!?! I'm really really desperate!!!

inLes Miserables.. I played Eponine.. and I had to scream... I know exactly how you feel... I know this sonds weird but tell a friend to scare you... but tell them do it.. when you least expect it... then if you scream... try that.. another way.. warm up the top of your voice and try to make your scream as high as possibe.. hope it helps!

You're a chicken. Force air through your voicebox as fast as you can. Just don't hurt your voice.

take a deep breath and just let it go it kind of is a natural thing but just make sure you have a chest full of air
