When I sing a long note, my pitch slightly wavers throughout the note. It is like a vibrato, except that it is a random pitch variation, not even or periodic, and not as much pitch variation as a vibrato. The overtones are especially susceptable to this, and the brighter I make a note, the more obvious is the effect. Also, it is not controllable by me. It seems to be worse for low notes. I could use specific advice as to how to train to end this problem, as right now it makes me sound as though I am off pitch. I would like a steady, pure sound.

I've tried it several times before, but I failed. Years have passed, and I still feel this way. Has anyone out there, who felt this way years ago, changed their view on the world? If so, and you now feel life is worth living, what made you change your mind? What was it(even if there's several things) that made you feel everything was ok?
Sometimes the only thing keeping me going is the thought that after I kill myself, I'll wake up to a life just as bad, or even worse!
(I no longer believe in Jesus or God. Please do not try to convert me, or make me feel that this is what is wrong with me. I have believed in God since I was a child up until 21. This doesn't mean that I hate Christianity! Or any religion for that matter, I just don't believe.)
(Oh, and I've spent my college money to go to a counselor, to a psychiatrist, and psychologists. I want YOUR answer.)
I have to let this one go to vote. So, I'm asking for truthful answers, people who care. Thank you.

who will be leaving this week?

A Bid of Farewell

You have taught me a lot about mathematics.

Sometimes I only wish to lock myself in the attic.

When I get frustrated I wanted to break down.

And just move right out of town.

And just take the Manhattan bound.

But I will only just hear those strange sounds.

For years I learned to hate math,

And burst in to a fiery wrath.

But when I come into your room,

Learning it was never such a big doom.

You helped me since the first day,

Up till now and today.

But as each time the bells ring,

As each day joy brings,

I will forever remember you,

But now I bid you farewell.

(I wrote this myself. What do you think?)
if the poem doesn't show up in stanza sorry.

Several years ago I read a book about a group of girls who tortured and murdered another girl. I think the word or a form of the word innocence was in the title. I think it was published in the late 80's or early to mid 90's. And it was a true story. I remember it had several pictures in the middle of the book.

Anyone know of a movie that relates to the book "Lord of the Flies?"

Besides the actual "Lord of the Flies" movies of course.

It can be related in plot, or theme. Thanks!

Two simple questions, the more detail the better

What is a "Caserio"? Is it like a hotel, some sort of house, bed and breakfast, or what?

What is "Vasques in Nevada" - this one I have no clue on.

I believe both have to with modern Spain. Also, I think it might help if you're familiar with the book "The New Spaniards" by John Hooper.

I'd appreciate an answer asap - thanks! :)
