an amazing artist that is alive and well is alex gray, he does the art work for a band called tool, very popular.
he is hailed as the modern day artist that is forcing people to think.....check it out.

Um... here where i live, (miami), there is a VERY famous artist named Romero Britto. Actually, his son goes to my school. He's very famous and wealthy.
