Does the perfect voice -

- Have any particular mix of regional accents?
- Have any qualities similar to that of people renowned for their voices?
- Can anyone attain the qualities of this universal voice?
- Does the strength of one's vocal muscles affect anything?

But, most importantly, what does it sound like?!?!?

what i mean is there are so many reasons why a person is called strong
for example some people are physically strong , some are mentally strong , some are spiritually, but overall what does it actually mean "to be strong" to be the strongest?
especially if there's always a person who'd better?
