If I had a million wishes, and I got to my last 2, I would wish for another million wishes, so that I can keep on having wishes when I need them!

Probably to be healthy (if I survive to that many wishes). There's an old story in Aboriginal Science Fiction magazine wherein someone wishes that of a genie - it's a pretty tricky wish to ruin. However, I might end up spending it correcting some incipient disaster - it's hard to say.
