Sorry if these are too many questions, but I often wonder what other people think about this...

Such a sophisticated being like us should atleast ask these questions, else we are not better than other animals.

If anyone has answer to these questions - I think he will be the winners. The purpose of this life is met with. I am in serach of it.
Good luck to you.

I am a cogitative, confabulating ego in an ill-fitted carnivorous suit of monkey meat.

I think I am going wherever the day leads. Perhaps nowhere. Perhaps I'll end up nowhere. To say that we will end up dead is not the profound answer you're looking for, I am sure, but to "end up" anywhere is a form of death for me.

Where exactly do I find somewhere? Is it east of nowhere? South of anywhere? West of over there? I am directionless, aimless. I make a journey out of nothing and the destination that will lead to is over the hills and far away. My only concept is the voyage. If it leads anywhere, I hope it leads to an exotic life of cogitation, and wonder. Maybe I'll find love along the way. Maybe I'm doomed. Hell's bells. A trainwreck is mighty fun until it crashes.

Chrissy, the short answer to this is that we are all unique and complex individuals who are headed on a journey of learning. It is my belief that this life is purely preparation for the next and possibly even the next after that. At the end of the journey we gain entry to a spiritual state of enlightenment. That is a state as close to perfection as can be achieved. This is the basis of most world religions but even those who do not have a faith subscribe to the view that the vital spark within living creatures continues after death in a different form.

I am a male of the species 'Homo Sapien'. My Species is the latest development in a long line of developments as brought about by evolution.

We will continue to evolve and perhaps one day, what we are now will be as far removed from future generations as we are from a reptile ancestor.

It will never end. Not until the solar system we are in dies. Even then it is probable that life elsewhere in the universe exists and is similarly evolving.

So it goes on, into infinity and out of infinity.

Who am I? Nothing but a vessel to pass on genetic material.

I'm here to live my life, to learn, to accomplish a goal, a goal I'm ment to accomplish. (or several goals, I have no idea)
And after I've accomplished what I'm supposed to do here, then I'l die and go to Heaven
