Well, it could be your blood pressure, if it's a "pressure-type" headache. There are lots of reasons. Do you have trouble with your sinuses? It could be a sinus infection. It could be a stress/tension headache. Go see your doc if it's that bad.

Because you are alive.
It is that very pain that will turn around and reward you with pleasure.
Your head hurts because your head loves to feel, and sometimes feeling is hurting. Your head cramps with pain due to the lack of soothing.
Perhaps it is expanding as the great void sucks at it like a vacuum.
Either that, or you have a tumor and you're going to die.

take 1500 mg of motrin, go to bed, and when you wake up it wont hurt anymore...
i do it almost 2x a week...
