My girl friend gets cold sores once or twice a year during the winter which has led us to believe that she has oral herpes. We've been dating and kissing for over a year and I have never gotten a cold sore or shown signs of it. However about a month ago I got a weird canker type sore on the inside of my bottom lip that really hurt. I'm pretty sure I've had canker sores before and this was something different. It was about the size of a small bead and it was white and inflamed. It went away after about 5 days and I haven't had one since. I've heard many different opinions on whether you can get cold sores inside your mouth. Could this have been a cold sore? I would like to find out before considering oral sex with my girlfriend because I would not like her to get genital herpes.

so one night i wake up to hear screaming. i go downstairs and there i find my older sister in a cold sweat. apparently, she had come down to get a drink of water, and from out of nowhere, she hears "I see you! Bwahahahaha!!"

a few months before, my younger sister had gotten a big bird toy( you know, the motion sensor ones) and when you turn the lights on it goes "peekaboo!" and then it laughs a evil, menacing laugh. but what we didnt know, was that it had a sensor!!(dun dun dun dunnnnnnnn) so when it saw my sister that night, it said "I see you!!" and she thought it was a kidnapper or some crazy murderer!!

How can I remove a virus named "Worm.Win32.NetSky?" I've never had a virus, but I am getting warnings every couple of minutes telling me I may be infected. Also, my computer is crawling. I just don't get why its plastered all over the news and magazines when someone gets something cosmetic done. Why is it SO scandalous? I know that its because they are celebrities and people are fascinated with every little thing that they do, but.... come on! On the other hand though, why do starts deny having "work" done? Who cares? You got a boob job and it looks great. Good for you. Why deny things like that when its so obvious?

I admit that I like some of the "celebrity gossip", but other times its just ridiculous. These people are normal people just like you and me.

A Swedish scientist named Svante Arrhenius made some incredibly impressive calculations regarding the involvement of CO2 in climate change over a century ago.

He concluded that decreasing levels of atmospheric CO2 could have been enough to trigger prior ice ages. Nowadays, the accepted explanation is that orbital forcing sets the timing for ice ages with CO2 acting as an essential amplifying feedback.

Arrhenius estimated that a doubling of CO2 would cause a 5-6°C warming. The IPCC currently puts the warming at 2-4.5°C.

Arrhenius also correctly predicted that increased CO2 would cause greater warming at higher latitudes, a night, and during the winter.

He believed that CO2-induced warming would be beneficial and could prevent the next ice age from happening. Of course, he also expected CO2 doubling to take about 3000 years; it is now predicted to take about a century.

One day, at a bus stop there was a girl who was wearing a skintight miniskirt. When the bus arrived and it was her turn to get on, she realized that her skirt was so tight she couldn't get her foot high enough to reach to step.
Thinking it would give her enough slack to raise her leg, she reached back and unzipped her skirt a little. She still could not reach the step. Embarrassed, she reached back once again to unzip it a little more. Still, she couldn't reach the step.

So, with her skirt zipper halfway down, she reached back and unzipped her skirt all the way. Thinking that she could get on the step now, she lifted up her leg only to realize that she still couldn't reach the step.

So, seeing how embarrassed the girl was, the man standing behind her put his hands around her waist and lifted her up on to the first step of the bus. The girl turned around furiously and said, "How dare you touch my body that way, I don't even know you!"

Shocked, the man says, "Well, ma'am, after you reached around and unzipped my fly three times, I kinda figured that we were friends."
