The Consular Agency in Montego Bay is located at St. James Place, 2nd Floor, Gloucester Avenue, tel. (876) 952-0160. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30.

Your citizenship becomes a factor only for an "immediate relative." He'll have to get here on his own merit.

He'll need to prove significant ties to another country, likely Jamaica. Hasn't he already done this? Jamaica is a country that has a lot of applicants, so the consulate has plenty of experience.

The process of applying for and receiving a visitor visa is very quick. I suspect you've already discussed this with your boyfriend, but maybe didn't have enough info about your citizenship. In a nutshell, your citizenship doesn't matter. If you marry him, then it does. Are you ready to take that step?
