So, I need to file bankruptcy. I've thought about my situation for a long time now and I've decided that it's what I want to do. I have a few questions though and figured I'd post on here while I did research.
1) What costs are involved?
2) Do you have to have a lawyer and go to court?
3) Can a business refuse to let you file for your account with them? Can they fight it?
4)I don't know who all I owe money to anymore. I tried to do my credit check but it wouldn't work. When I file, will they be able to bring up all of my debts and creditors?
5)How long does the process take?
6) I have one (or more) account that is with a collection agency that just told me that they are going to send it over to legal services in the next few days. What does that mean? Can I file bankruptcy on this? Is there anything you cannot file on?
7)Will this affect my financial aid at school?
8)What experiences have you had or observed post bankruptcy? What happens and in what amount oft ime?

I go out with my friends ex. The thing is they went out in middle school and now were in high school. I have been living with my boyfriend now for a year and a half, we have been dating for 3 years total. I pay for all the utilities and groceries, he pays the mortgage. We each pay for our own vehicles including insurance, up keep, etc. My boyfriend is the type of person who continually has something to complain about. I work a full time job and have a 9 year old son that I also take care of, I come home every night and do all of the domestic life duties (cook, clean, laundry, pick up/drop off dry cleaning, etc.) But the constant complaining is starting to get on my last nerve. He will complain that the kitchen cabinet door was left open, the bed was not made up before work, there was one candy wrapper tucked under the couch, the list goes on and on. Sometimes these complaints turn into major arguements. Am I being unreasonable to think that he should keep some of his thoughts/complaints to himself unless they are major life changing problems. I have talked to him but it never changes

at night and day time i get this stregthing from the insides of my legs or tendons to my upper abbs..is this normal for pregnancy? i mean night time is the worse..all the stregthing i know my body is making room for the baby but is that normal durning the first couple of months of pregnancy?
