i've owned my dog for 14 years. i now realize how fast those 14 years went by and how much i took them for granted. for many months i've seen no life in her eyes, only pain. she'd seldom wag her tail or follow me like she used to. today she's told me it's time and i think she knows. she's been looking at me with sadness and i feel extremely guilty. does she know she's going to die tomorrow?
i know i'm going to be sending her to a better place where she will be young and carefree, and i'm happy. but i've had multiple breakdowns throughout the day today. i can't focus on my major final projects and tests this tuesday and friday.

i dread that drive to the vet tomorrow. she hates the vet. our vet costs way too much to do a house call. how can i keep her calm? how do i deal?

My aquarium is in the second stage of the "New Tank Cycle" and the nitrite levels were at 3ppm. The comparison chart I have says that 3ppm is stressful to the fish so I did a 20% water change. But I found a chart on the web that says to do a 50% water change. How high do nitrite levels have to be to really harm fish? the govt pretty much conformed with capturing Sadam and blaming him for everythin. I mean he was implicated on the 911 ATTACK but Osama did to.

does the govt and Osama are on the same team therefore they are covering him instead of really looking for him.

I MEAN WE ARE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING we are the #1 how come we can find a stupid terrorist that lives in the mountains we have better equipment, etc than Osama ...... don't you think so???????????

To all those who do not believe in protecting the life of unborn children:
The number one reason I hear for why we should not give unborn children the right to life is that a high percentage of women have miscarriages early in pregnancy, so we cannot guarantee that the child will be born.

To this I ask, how many of you actually actively speak against the government, carry firearms on you, are ever asked to testify in court against yourself and plead the 5th, will ever stand trial and exercise your right to a jury, and will be punished by cruel and unusual punishment?

The facts are that most of us will never be put in a situation where we will need to exercise these rights; nonetheless, I doubt any of you are willing to give up your right to due process or the right freedom to practice your religion or any of the other rights guaranteed to you by the constitution.

in a few places there are holes that is letting water get into the shed. Is there any type of selant that can be used to stop the leaks until spring when i can probably replace the top then.

Do I just give them my policy # etc... and they mail the insurance company a bill or does the ER know exactly what coverage I have right then and there? My insurance coverage is supposed to have started as of 12/1 but the 800 number I call says not until 1/1/08. I should be covered now, but don't want to get turned away at the door or stuck with a huge bill.

After putting my damselfish they died in just less then an hour.The Yellow damselfish died after maybe 20 minutes and suddenly it changed into a greenish color.My blue damselfish started changing color and was still alive so I decided to take him out and the dead damselfish too.The blue damselfish is still alive in the bag with the dead yellow damselfish which I plan on returning them from the store I bought them.


My aquarium is 20 Gallons the water tempreture is just around 75-78 F I have an air pump and a water filter.


They are currently 7 fish living there 2 Gold Guaramis which seem pretty fine.Two Angel Fish which seem pretty fine and 2 cat fish which are always hyper until night time they get tired and go to sleep.

I feed my fish regularly in the morning I feed little flake food and around night,before I go to bed I feed them frozen worms.
