Well, I broke my 5th cheap-o ratchet yesterday and I've went through so many discount sets, I have a ton of sockets and no ratchets. I was looking into getting a good set that'll last me.

The Duralast tools in auto-zone cought my eye with their lifetime unlimited warranty, but for $35 is it worth it? What do you guys think.

The only similar thing I see is the craftsman tools, but those are $75 a piece on average.

Also, does their warranty mean that the tool will last, or that they've marked it up so much that they can afford replacing it?

my sister keeps stealing money from my dad and mom shes already stolen over 16k this year and we dont know if its just her or her boyfriend because he is a really big jerk and we think he could be putting her up to this. were trying to find a safer bank account because where ever bank we go she can get in because she knows all of my parents information including social security numbers and whenever she steals she always uses as it as an excuse for her little girl even tought we all know its a lie. please help

Hi all, I hope you can help me. I am 27 weeks pregnant, and my baby father and I are unfortunately no longer together. He is in no doubt that he is the father of the baby, but is unwilling to put his name on the birth certificate. He says he does not know what he is signing to by putting his name down. I find it very sad, as I would love nothing better than for him to be on there. How can I go about this? He wants full involvement with the baby, and has made plans to do so i.e. buying a cot etc for his house. I have tried to explain I do no want his money, I am goin back to work full-time so I can fully support the baby myself.

i was talkin to my bf on the internet....and it was around 2:30 AM and we were talkin and he thought i was mad at him and we were talkin about it, but then i accidentally fell asleep. I'm 26 years old have studied climatology and climate change in college and know little about it. Is it just a myth conconted by deniers or was it a genuine fear? More importantly did the theory achieve the backing of the overwhelming majority of the (qualified) scientific community?
I'm familiar with the concept of a nuclear winter but global cooling...I'm ignorant.

I live next to people in a duplex that have a dog against the lease contract. They have been asked by both us and the landlord to tie the dog up. I have called the town since we the town we live in has a leash law but they still refuse to just tie the dog up. It has come after me and barks at me when it is outside, and it weighs probably over 85 lbs and could take me out. It has not bite me only run after me snarled and barked. I don't know if the dog is licensed or registered but I do know that they lied about the dog and have told us that they will not tie it up. I'm scared of it and I don't want to get bit, even though I see that as being the only thing that may make them actually tie the dog up. What do I do if they won't listen to the landlord who won't evict them and the town won't do anything unless they catch the dog outside which they happen to make sure it gets back inside whenever the dog warden comes. Please help.

Riunite??? Is it Ree-you-knee-tee? or Ree-you-night? Which one is correct? I thought it was Ree-you-night, but I heard someone, a few years back, on some television show pronounce it Ree-you-knee-tee...now I'm not sure.
