For all those who undrstand the tax implications of the 401k and traditional (not ROTH) IRA's. When finally paying taxes on these pre-tax retirement funds, are you taxed on the bracket you are in when you withdraw the money, or the tax bracket you are in when you put the money in originally? Are there ways to avoid paying the higher taxes on these funds if your tax bracket does change, especially if you bracket changes because of how much you are saving in these funds? Hope that is clear...

I have an Ipex 51 laptop (yes I know, old, old, old) and the battery life only runs for two hours, three if the screen is dimmed. This is fine when I'm at home, but when I'm travelling and need it, then its really annoying. My friend said its possible to get more batteries put in and it will run off those as well. Is this true?

My ex boyfriend and I split after I looked at his ex girlfreinds mypsace profile and she claimed they were back together. She had all these pictures and plans about their life together. I should have just asked him, but I flipped out. He dumped me claiming that his ex probably just did that to spite me and that he doesn't even talk to her. Now, 3 months later, the pictures are back up again. What is going on here? I know I shouldn't care, but I am wondering if I was lied to by my ex boyfriend? Are they back together? What other reason does a girl have to keep a picture of them kissing as her profile picture? To ward off another guy maybe?

how to go about getting somebody trustworthy to rent a room in my house? im not looking for a 'friend' just need a bit of help financially? Im not sure how to go about it? i dont really want someone sitting in my living room with me, and dont want to end up cleaning up after them if their standards are not too good? how do i know they wont go snooping around my home when im not in? or abusing my things? etc etc

From the moment I wake up til I go to sleep on a typical day I need to design a flow chart (of images only) that is like a flow chart. Well I like this guy but we just met like 3 weeks ago. And we talk all the time but he doesnt know me that well yet. Hes coming to my friends on Saturday and I wanna tell him how much I like him but I'm scared he wont want to speak to me again. I dont want to loose him as a friend if he doesnt want to date. Theres a lot I need to tell him before I tell him I like him. Because I have trust issues and I hate liars and cheaters. And I'm bipolar. But I dont think he would mind any of that. I just dont know how to tell him. I'm very shy and hes kinda shy himself. Any advice?

The police tried to reset the button in the rear of the car so it would start up. My car refused to start, it would not even try to turn over. It was towed to a Ford Dealership where I was told it needed a battery. A new battery was installed. My car started but when I drove it home I noticed a picture of a battery with + and - sign that keeps blinking. Has my alternator gone bad too? Is this due to the accident? My insurance says it has nothing to do with the rear end accident. Up until the time of the accident I had no troubles with the battery or the alternator. Does anyone have any idea or explanation? Help.

TODAY

Breakfast: Organic yoghurt with passionfruit

Day: Homemade apricot and coconut balls
Rice crackers
Fruit

Dinner: Fresh noodles with grated carrot

And a few lollies
Thats what I had today.

Most days it is something like this

BF: Cereal and skim milk

Day: Fruit
Cheese on crackers and carrot sticks

D: Rice, chicken and vegetables

A few lollies in between

Is this ok for a 16 yr old girl? I excersise too
