what are some really good cookbooks, that contain recipies that are easy to make, that dont have lts of weird ingredients you can only pick up at health food stores and specialty shops. I love Jamie Oliver, but can you recomend other books worth purchasing?

I am a 21 year old New Zealand Caucasian guy. I'm 6.3" and weigh 70 Kg. For some reason I just can't gain weight despite regularly downing large Pizzas by myself and indulging in an array of fatty and healthy foods. I eat regularly and I eat a lot yet still I have not even managed to fluctuate my 70 Kg weight from anything but 70 Kg.

I do exercise by running a few kilometres once a week and lifting weights every second day but that is it. My main goal is to build muscle mass but I'm so skinny so all I can get is definition.

How can I gain weight to eventually gain muscle mass?

I got the data logger and it does not have the program that can make the report of the distance between each point so I export the CSV file and open it in excel.However, I have search about how to calculate the distance and got the formula.Then I use it with my data ;however, the result does not quite make sense to me.
I am not sure that I use the right formula or not? If not what is the right one?
What the unit of the distance ? (km,m or miles)

Years ago I sang a song for a movie and it was recorded into a soundtrack CD album with my name in it, and it's also broadcasted all over the cinemas, TV and radio. I was not offered to sign any contract or aggreement before that. Am i rightfully supposed to own a copyright for the song? I feel that i've been used by the record company like a moron. when there are so many diverse cultures & religions on the planet? How come all these religions preach worship in idols or gods? Wouldn't this imply that the concept of God existed way before these different civilizations were formed i.e. from the time humans were created (or evolved from apes, whichever way you put it)?

Also, what about some cultures that must have existed back then which did not preach in god or idol worship? It is strange that such non-religious cultures did not exist back then.

OK, I know I am asking two questions here. I'd like your feedback on this.
