If your phone has a micro SD chip inside you can get an SD adapter that it fits inside. Once the micro SD chip is inside the adapter it will fit into any SD usable slot such as your camera if it uses SD or Printer and a lot of computers have SD ports available.

You have not mentioned your cell phone brand.
All phones are almost similar when it comes to videos.
So follow these steps:
1. You need a USB cable provided by the cell phone manufacturer, connect it to your PC, and copy the videos to your PC.
2. If you want to view the videos, you need a player like Real Player or VLC player. If you want to convert the video to other formats, you can use SUPER VIDEO converter, google it and you can download for free.
3. You can easily email videos taken in cell phone as they are in 3gp format and are small in size.
In case you dont have USB cable, buy an all-in-one card reader, remove your memory card from cell, insert it to card reader and follow from 2nd step above.

In most cases the cell phone connects to the computer via mini USB wire and in turn is seen by windows as a new hardware device. Windows will need your install cd to setup a program that will transfer your images to your hard drive.
