So I have a guy best friend. He IM's me everyday. I will ask him questions and he will reply, "Yeah, I dont care" Like today I asked what gifts I should get my friend Max, because he got everyone else a gift. I was just wondering what ideas he had, since hes a guy; and he replies, "Yeah I don't care" He will do this on simple questions, like if I ask him if he listened to a song I liked. I mean we are 20.
Answers are great!
Why can't he just act like he cared, and kept that to himself!!!?!?!?

this is because hes bestfriends with her sister. he still ikes my girlfriend and cant get over her and he hangs out with her sister probably just so he can see her. my girlfriend says its alwas akward and doenst like talking to him but cant help it cause hes always there and is a family friend.

this really buggs me and i dont wanna deal with it. it makes me pissed/ stressed. what should i tell her? im really considering dumping her over this.

I've been wanting a guitar for a while now, because I've really been getting into rock and metal genres, but I'm not so sure. I'm completely new to the instrument, but have a passion for the music so i think i could learn. Many people say i should get an acoustic guitar first, but i am a bit confused. I have played violin for 3 years and cello for one, and can read both trebel and base clef in case thats relevant in any way. It would also be extremely helpful if anyone can reccomend some starting equipment for me. The sort of music i listen to include AC/DC, Queen, Dragonforce, Breaking Benjamin... well you get the picture. Thanks very much if you answer! (sorry if its long, just trying to be informative)

No cuts in Carbon Emissions by America, Bush and His Cronies still refuse to admit there is a problem and refuse to do anything about global warming. Every Industrialized nation is committed in Bali. They are not worried about going poor, they see the business opportuniites and work creation of innovation of new energy saving services and products. So whats up with America. shouldnt they be the bigger classier team and just ignore the comments and just pummel them on the field. I never saw montana,elway, aikman run up to a player and start jawing his mouth off like brady did. He couldve pissed somone off and he couldve gotten hurt. I lost all respect i had for Brady.

I hope they do go undefeated in the regular season.
Because a loss in the playoffs would be an even sweeter sight to see.

There is a statute in GA law that allows for third party testimony if they know from first hand experience or knowledge, meaning: if I know the victim and they told me that something happened, I can testify to that as I was told directly from the victim. But, let's say the victim tells my friend something and they come back and tell me, I cannot testify to that because I did not hear it firsthand from them.

Does this apply to police officers asking the judge to grant a warrant?

I'm asking because this is what happened to my husband. There was a police officer that asked someone who had talked to the "supposed victim" and they said that they told them something. The person shared this information with the police officer, but the police officer never heard it directly from the "supposed victim."

Was it legal for that police officer to sign a sworn affidavit attesting the fact that he knew from his own personal knowledge that a crime occurred, when he was never told this by the victim
