Only if you're Christian, Jewish or Muslim and act upon your orientation that you were born with.
Non-mainstream religions aren't as condemning. Some don't care at all. Some denominations of Christianity and Judaism are accepting of homosexuality: Unitarians, some Methodists, some Quaker branches........
One reason I left Christianity.

Straight is beautiful.
Ugly is merely from an underdeveloped point of view.
Enjoy yourself. Express yourself in whatever manner is pleasing to you; to your partner.

You will only go to hell if you don't except Jesus as your Lord and Savior. When you do except Him the Holy Spirit will convict you of what you are doing, such as being a lesbian, and you will want to turn from that sin. When you except Jesus then you are to repent of your sins. Repent means toturn away from.

I do not understand why you need to go to hell when Jesus Christ died for everyone so all who come to Him may have eternal life. Why would you not accept Jesus Christ and let Him take control of all your burdens. There is 2 places where we can spend eternity either in hell or in heaven with Jesus Christ or the devil. Be wise and choose LIFE

If you refuse to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior repent of your sins, and refuse to renounce your lifestyle of a lesbian, Yes you will go to hell. God put Man and Women together. Not female and female, or male and male, together.
