One of my guy friends had a talk with me. He is 27 and i'm 21. He keeps talking bout how he wants to get married by next year. He has a lot of freinds but we spend a lot of time together. We work in the same place and spend the weekends together too as we study together. The deal is that he asked me this other time if my parents would agree to getting me engaged the next year if something came around for us. I told him I dunno. The other time he told me that he wanted to have a masters by his 30th birthday and wanted to celebrate it. He said I want you to stand with me right next to me.
Yesterday one of his friends- his very good freinds rather came around to work and said hi to me. I called my friend and told him that this guy was here. He came around we all spoke and then my frnd had to get back to work, so his frnd told him that he would leave to. But me and that guy ended up having a chat together for an hour or so . We stayed together only a month but my attachment grew quickly.
I expressed my feelings that now looks ridicule because he obviously dont feel the same for me because at my eyes he's just ignoring me and not showing he cares.
i don't know what to do with the p thing he made grow into me and and then left forgotten and meaningless.
I wanted to keep in touch with him anyway, because I m interested in him as a friend too, but now I know i will only get hurt because he will meet new girls and I'd really have to change my mind and move over him as a boyfriend..,.
Id really like, to show him I can be indifferent to my own feeling and talk to him as nothing happened...............

It happened b4 with another guy , so I want to analyze whats wrong with me.
We date, we feel connection, I may confuse physical relationship and romanticism with love. I assume they care for me and want to stay with me. But then I realize they're running away from my attachment and my feelings,.....

Between March 2006 and June 2007, I loaned a friend money on the understanding that he would pay me back. As he was never able to pay me back, we entered into a contract whereby he transferred ownership of goods to me "as payment towards an outstanding debt" (this is the wording of the contract).

The reality is that these goods were full and final settlement of the money he was due me.

Is this contract legally binding or is it null and void due to "past consideration" ?

i am 16 years old i dropped out of school in year 9 , PLEASE NO LECTURES OK!
