Try warm water, not hot. Run the water down the seems between the door and fender. That should melt some of the ice enough to pull the door open. Don't get any any the window, it may break the glass.

if lock is froze heat up the key and put in lock if door it self is froze try a door on the other side of the car

buy a can of deicer with the straw and spray inside the lock& around the door . give it a bout a min and it will thaw them out. no more problems.

try pouring cold water or warm water. Then go to the store and buy some de-freezer can, it works awesome.
