Just take it along to your local recycling centre where they will guide you. A lot of this is to do more by where you live than anything else. I live in York and the sign at our James Street recycling centre last week had 73% of the previous weeks rubbis recycled and only 27% to landfill.

In America the recycling places are called Household Hazardous Waste sites. You will not get any money for it but at least it will not fill the landfill or cause you to get a code violation for throwing it away.

If anyone recycles these for money please say so.

Plasma screens, possibly.

LCD screens, definitely not as they are made from cheap plastic.

i dont think they would be suitable, and my lcd doesnt even have glass, it is plastic!
