i live in australia, i'm looking for a laptop. it needs to be suitable for uni work, music and pics but i don't play games. i will also use it for the internet. what kind of specifications/features should i be looking for in a quality laptop.

... Why won't anybody let themselves be unattached ? Isn't having a romantic partner the same thing as saying "I need a woman to be happy !" or "I need a man to be happy !" ? If saying "I don't need a woman to be happy !" is SO COOL, why aren't people more reluctant to have a relationship ?

I have asked this question a million times but i never get good reasponses so plz help i just got my first period monday in school it was alot of blood then very light the rest of the day!I havent gotten anything since i know this is normal because it is my first one but should i be expecting it soon liek within another week or a couple of days because thats what people told me they said most likely when that happens you get it in liek a week?Or should it come again in like 28 days?Please answer me thnxx

Hi. Im 15, but do have an interest in Economics, and have a very vague idea of the topic. (I do understand basic things like supply+demand, interest rates, inflation...)

Would someone please be able to explain why the Northern Rock Crisis occured, and exactly what this means? I'm sorry if I do sound naive, but - well any business section in the newspaper is too full of jargon for me to properly understand.

Please just relate this to the British Economy, and the credit crunch....

I am atheist and my future husband is christian, it doesnt really cause any problems between us on a day to day basis However, when his family is involved it becomes an issue since they are very religious. They hold hands and pray at every meal, even at McDonalds and this makes me very uncomfortable, I dont know if I should just sit there or pretend to join. My man and I have also talked about the subject of whether there will be a priest at our wedding, which I am strongly against and he doesnt care, but again he doesnt want to upset his family. His family and I get along in every other area, I am just a strong-minded person and feel my values are just as important as theirs. I'm sure it will be an issue when we have children as well, as I want them to make their own choices and not be raised one way or the other. Have any of you experienced this? How do you work it out with your spouse?

I am not encouraging racial hatred, but why is it wrong to speak out about not liking Great Britain being invaded by thousands of these islamic fanatics. If I was to go and live in another country I would expect to have to live by their laws and not force them to change them to suit me! I am sick and tired of hearing that British people have had to stop wearing a cruifix in case it offends Muhammad and his clans. I even heard of a hamburger stall being told to move because it was next to a mosque! C'mon get real! Its time this country got tough! Come and live in the Uk if you can provide skills and leave your muslim ways behind you! This is Great Britain, we love western style life, we dont breed christian suicide bombers and we want to try and keep Britain great instead of turning into the Muslem homeland. If you dont like our way of life then go back to your own country. C'mon the Brits
