if you can finish 100m in a certain time limit lets say 15 or 16 sec; how much can you improve and shave time off, whats the limit, i mean you obviously wont become ben johnson by improving but how much?

I met this female after awhile she quit her job due to her mom and dad getting sick..I bought a cabin and I am trying to give her the world. It seems that every other night her neice wants to come over and drink..Her neice stole everything out of her house.I mean everything including her hot water tank..You name it it was taken.The reason is cause her ex owed people some money..It seems that the only thing she wants to do is loose her temper and break things cause I Do not want her niece waking us up every other night wanting to party..What should I do?? Should I drop her?? Or how would I get her help since we are not married..What should I do??

Woke up with a banging head ache, stepped outside the front door to go to work and found two builders digging up my front garden (i live on a new development so this happens all too often), argued with the builders for while, went for the bus (which i had missed due to arguement with builders), got to work (eventually) to find that nothing had been done while i had my day off yesterday and now ive just been for a cig break and was nearly ran over by yet another builder! Starting to wish he had actually run me over....at least id have got the rest of the day off! Is there anybody out there thats having a worse day?

With what is Europe going to re-colonise us? Is it with the band of badly-educated, badly-informed, uncultured, uncouth weirdoes, with heads and minds filled with every chemical known to chemistry, that one see on the streets of Europe today?


Of course, they can also try and throw their ‘precision bombs’ here and there. But then bombing is not occupation or colonization, as the Iraqi resistances are gallantly proving! Or perhaps, the oxymoronic outfits they call intelligence agencies have gathered another ‘solid evidence’ that showed that some 3rd world are waiting with garlands of flowers to welcome new colonizers. Give me a break!


if we have to be colonized again we should, at least, be colonize by a more decent specimen of the human race, and not by the miscreants and the riff-raffs and the homophobes
