What happened to business (medical doctor) office after divorce in ca? how it will be divided?

My husband run the office for 3 years and the profit is good. I am married for ten years and currently I am home maker with 3 kids.

You better hire yourself an attorney and stop wasting time here on the internet. California is a Community Property state. You are entitled to 50%, yeah that's one half, of everything you obtained since you've been married, including the profits from your husband's medical practice.
