No, can't say I am. But, having read your day it seems that you're bringing quite a bit of this crap on to yourself! Headaches happen - get over it, or don't drink so much. Arguing with the builders - are you insane?! If you live on a new development then this sort of things happens. Again, get over it and don't get trappy with people who, at best, don't care about you or, more possible, will go out of their way in future to piss you off or chin you. You wouldn't have missed the bus if you hadn't acted the way you did with the builders - buses try to run to a schedule and can't be there for your individual benefit or run to your timetable. It is truly rare to have a day off and return to find everything is up to speed and complete - reality check definitely needed by you. Having a cig break - can you be any more whiny?! Whilst you are busy killing yourself, the colleagues you complained about previously are probably working. Stop shirking your duties by going off for a smoke for15 minutes every hour or so. Maybe if you were at your desk where you were actually meant to be (cig. break is neither a statutory requirement or mandatory) and not concentrating on your ridiculous habit you may have seen the builder coming. I think it is a fair to say that the builder probably agrees with you on this score....bet he wishes he had run you over too!

yes indeed i have had worser days, in my life sweety. When you see the first thing go wrong inthe day ususally everything else seems to follow and the day is one bad day you wish you could hide from all.
I woke up and had stumbled as i walked to the kitchen and hit my toe on the corner of the door.
I couldnt focus well due to the pain but then as i was getting ready i noticed the outfit to wear for my job, the skirt had a pulled thread int he skirt which obviously others would be able to tell.
I got to my car, and what happened was there was a flat battery and i could not start the car. I called my hubby and asked him to help me, he advised me to get a friend not far from me to pick me up.
That seemed fine at the time but getting to work late, not happy was the superviser, as they were already not in a good mood and then i was confronted as i was to have brought in my project for a new development site, it was information on site and plans where were they?????????
At home and believe me my face was red, just seeing red, no one with support or encouragement, just shame thats how i felt.
But once the day is over then next day ususally 95% really has a shine and up lifting energy about it. So really let the energy go, and focus on tomorrow, with better feelings.
good luck sweety I know what it feels like, many smiles to you

Not a crap day! Not the best of days either!
Listen, if it helps I offer to take half of the day away from (nothing much has happened to me today), and you just forget about that half and have the other half for yourself. Na when you have an excellent day, just remember that I took half of a bad day from you and call me to claim it back. Just to remind you that even when you have a great day, crap days are still around you.
I know it looks like a lot of bull. I still mean it.
keep smiling

Not worse but it's building up to a not so great day. I work an overnight job before going to my day job and I overslept last night by 20 minutes making me late for work. Then I got chewed out by a guest at my hotel over her cab being late even though I had absolutely nothing to do with calling her cab or driving the cab here. And then she chewed me out because she was going to be late for her flight. Here's a clue why don't you leave two hours before you're supposed to be there?

Im sorry your day sucks so bad, I have had bad mornings as well. Why just this past week, Monday I believe. I locked myself INSIDE my gate, had to hop over it to get my keys from my vehicle, then I was late like15 minutes, and my boss was supposed to be at work early to give a presentation, so I ended up making her late as well.

Oh you poor thing, I think today should have been your day off, get those lazy sods who did nothing yesterday off their backsides and make them work, you go home and put your feet up and chill out with a large glass of wine, you deserve it.
