Is it ok if the whole world knows about someone's personal life?

No, I love the "diversity" of subjects as I admire people who do talk about "certain issues of their private life". If I can help, good for them and I feel better about it myself. But I agree with you, that some "matters" should be kept behind closed doors even for YAnswers.

Some subjects are rather sensitive but Y!A have appropriate sections to talk about them.
And even if the subject is really private - people talk about them anyway. The anonymity of Y!A makes people more open to discuss stuff.
Not that I am willing to talk about my private stuff.

well, i love answering personal questions, my life is an open book and im ok with telling people. though. their are those people that do not want to say. this really depends on the person.

i don't unavoidably think of its purely boys, because of the fact there are fairly some lady perverts lol yet its in many situations adult males. there isnt something incorrect with them different than they think of "aloud" instead of holding techniques interior your head (:
