Couldn't easily make out the medal. I don't know how you found that link but have just watched it and what a marvellous tribute to his Dad. You'd need a heart of stone not to be moved by the video and music.
Edit: ( a few days later than above ) even if 'conrange' is right I still think its a nice tribute & there are far more 'violations' on here to get worried about .. hope the Q remains.

Anyways I thoroughly enjoyed the video and was impressed with this guys dad's service, my dad was also RN 26 years (PMX 860230 CPO). Nice link
And yes to answer the question it does look like a Korean UN Medal (About the only UN medal worth a damn)
