I received a " demand for possession for nonpayment of rent". I had 7 days to pay the rent or move out. I moved out and now they are sueing me for the last two months left on the lease. Can I win in court?

I have a 2002 Olds Alero that has over thirty five thousand miles on the brake pads. And I think it is time to get them replaced. Does anyone know if Firestone is a good auto repair shop for this type of work? Or have you had a bad experience with Firestone?

Am I obligated to give out my pumpkin pie recipe to my son's friends parents? My spouse and I get along with them very well. They enjoyed the homemade pumpkin pie that I made because it's delicious and not 2 sweet.
The mother asked me for the recipe because her son ate a whole slice because normally he doesn't eat pie.
Is it considered rude if I don't give out my personal recipe? I don't want to give it out and then regret it later because friends come and go.

I'm Gay, a Child of God, a follower of Jesus Christ - rejected and despised by men - gay and straight, religious and unbeliever alike. No one accepts me for who and what I am - except my wonderful BF and my terrific family!!

I need to pump 40 cfs or 17953 gpm of water from a stream to a reservoir and I am not sure how to size the pipe, the only manual I have is a rainbird irrigation catalog and it does not come anywhere near covering the volume that I need, could someone please link me to a site or give me an equation. I bought Frank 2.5 weeks ago. I put him in 20Gal tank with calci-sand substrate (pet store said it was okay as long as i supplemented his food properly), with 3 hide boxes and a water dish that I change every other day. I also have a heating pad. I throw in about 15 small/medium crickets every couple of days (dusted w/ vitamin/cal powder) and he usu. eats one cricket when I throw them in and no more after that! In the last three days, he has eaten one cricket, even though there are several running around. As suggested by the pet store, i put a dish with small mealworms, but he hasn't been interested in those. I also stick a piece of dog food in the cage for the crickets to nibble on. I don't know what else to do.
