Your cousin is 10 years old? and you say she likes a guy but doesnt know what to wear? You and your cousin are far too young to like boy and even be thinking about what to wear to attract a boy, I have a 10 year old son and he's my baby I cant imagine him dating. Get an education and stay young for as long as you can. Trust me you dont want to be grown. Im sorry I couldnt give you an answer to your question, but I wanted to give you something more important

why does she need to get dressed up? she should be herself, but if you really need help on what to wear ill give you a tip most young girls dont know...
the more you "cover up" your body, the more people will feel comfortable around you, than if you are wearing something trashy or tasteless.
the best thing to go for would be cute "hoodie" jumpers/jackets with the big hoods and nice jeans, nice shoes and a nice shirt, nothing strappy or skanky. when your wearing nice jeans it makes everything look much better.
dont even bother with makeup because you wont get that right first go!! lipgloss or lipbalm like 'softlips' is good and you wont look like a try-hard.
just in case your considering it BACK away from the makeup.
the most prettiest girls wear moisturiser, lipbalm and thats about it. if you want more help email me, but you better pick me as best answer!!

i am sorry, 10 years old is too young for dating. just tell your daughter to be herself.
