Here are 3 reasons for Gun Control.
1. Control the guns...control the people <<< Communism
2. Take away the guns, so the crooks don't get shot when they break into your home.
3. Gun Control makes me a better shooter...you see when I have complete control it hits the target everytime.

Right now many states not to mention the Feds, have gun laws on the books that are not enforced. We don't need any more laws. Its already illegal for a felon to be in possession of a firearm. Its illegal to have a fully automatic weapon, unless you have a class 3 Federal Firearms License.
Its illegal to use a gun in a crime. Its illegal to carry a concealed weapon, unless you have a permit.
So, why do we need more laws?? If we put people in jail for the crimes and violating the laws on the books, we would have to build more jails. I would rather patrol an area where I know the citizens have weapons at home, than an area where I know the gang-bangers are armed to the teeth.

here are 5 reason NOT to have gun control
-the criminals will have guns and we wont. Its just like drugs, its illegal but people still have it. The only reason gun related crime is not too bad in conservative areas is because they know other people have guns
-its in the constitution. The constitution should not be changed
-to assassinate Al Gore if he runs again and wins
-Guns are what made this country. If the colonist didn't have guns, we would be drinking tea wearing wigs and we wouldn't have half of what have today because of freedom

One reason would be because only using 1 hand would be dangerous and you might drop it. Always use 2 hands when shooting.
