everyone i go see gives me the run around. i need my eye corrected its strained or the eye is stretch from me getting mad i need it corrected im sick of the way it looks does anybody know any good doctors that will do the job so i want have to suffer any longer?

My boyfriend and I are going down to Laurel Maryland to look at a college he is interested it...Capitol College. We are looking at some things to do down there. We are staying one night at a hotel but we will have that day and the next to do something. I know it's near Washington DC but I was looking for some other ideas also. I have gestational diabetes. My doctor called in a prescription to my pharmacy (Rite Aid) on Friday evening. The guy working there told me that Tricare wouldn't cover any of the cost and Medicare (Part B) wouldn't pay for it because my doctor didn't give a "diagnostic code". I asked how much it would cost without insurance. The guy said that he would call my doctor on Monday and see about either changing my prescription to something Tricare would cover or giving the diagnostic code so Medicare would cover it. I went back Saturday and today, and got the same answer.
I'm supposed to have the testing supplies by Monday, to take to my doctor/diabetes educator/nutritionist appointment in the afternoon.
I'm hoping that everything works out with my insurance so I won't have to pay, but if not, I'll have to pay out of pocket (if I can afford it).

About how much does diabetes testing supplies (meter thing, strips, needles, whatever else I'll need) cost? (I won't need insulin.)

I have this CGD and the label says soy protein,calcium, D3, vitamins, electrolytes. Add 1/4 tsp powder to 1 tsp of peach baby food. Now my question is on the occasion that I feed my crested gecko crickets could I just dust them with the CGD.

This is a serious matter for me and I need some real answers as to what I should do.

I have a huge fear of people leaving me. I get scared that people will get tired of me and no longer want me around or that people will just walk out of my life for good and that any relationship I had with them, they will no longer want. This fear has gotten worse. It's gotten to the point where if someone actually has a reason why they have to or want to leave, I get scared that they will forget about me and not want me anymore. I don't want to live with this fear. I don't want it to affect my relationships but I don't know how to get over this. I don't know how to get this fear out of my head and out of my life.

I do have reason for this fear though. There have been a few people in my life that have used me and left me. People have, what some would call "abandoned" me in certain respects. But I don't believe in living through my past.

What should I do?

They are going to put it back into my account, but because they did it without my knowing...I didn't have the money in the acct. Which means I have about 150.00 in overdraft fees that weren't my fault!!! The bank won't remove them because they say that Commerce should pay it for making the mistake. My question is, will Commerce bank pay for the OD fees they caused, or will I be out the money for their mistake??!?! :(
