I am and always been very nocturnal..a night owl.The only times I have insomnia is when I try and force myself to sleep a 'regular' schedule..if I am to sleep on my own times (daytime)I am perfectly fine..this doesn't work for school or the regular 9-5.

Here's the story..

I freak myself out over everything! For example, I have really bad anxiety and I don't like to drive much at night if I'm alone because thats when the majority of my attacks hit me..if someone's with me Im fine. If I get a headache I think I have a tumor and I'm dying. I think everything is cancer. A stomach ache, a toothache..anything simple. If my husband is 5 minutes late getting home from work I just know he was in an accident and is dead. I won't fly because every little noise I hear I just know the plane is crashing or we're being hijacked.

It comes and goes also. I don't always freak out, its periodically but its enough to get on my nerves!! What can I do to get over this fear I have???

what shirt/blouse style is slimming for sort of wide hips...im taking my sister shopping and as she puts it "she seriously needs to revamps her wardrobe"...also, what type of pants are slimming, etc etc... She needs to dress more feminine...shes a bit of the macho type...she is about 5 9 and around 155...so not big or anything, but not small. What styles will do good for her??

Hi, we have a property that a gentleman who was supposed to be a friend of my husbands agreed to rent. Unfortunately we did not make him sign a contract since he was supposubly a friend. The gentleman moved in changed the locks and will not leave while he has never given us one single dime since occupying the home in July. We have served an eviction notice but gentleman still says he will not leave he claims he was never renting the property and that it is his property. Since he claims he never rented the property he's just freeloading in our property is their any restrictions on getting him out of the home or do we need to go all the way to court. Thank You

Has anyone ever heard of a horse with a weak back leg? I went out on Sunday to look at a horse, and noticed than when he walked (only when he walked) it seemed like the leg "popped". And when he set his back foot down, it twisted a bit to the inside or outside and then straightened up. The lady's trainer said it was because he had a weak back leg (the right one), and it'll get better with excersize. Is that something that might cause the horse problems when he get's older? I'm nervous on even going out and looking at the horse more.

What do you think? I don't really want to pay the pre-buyers checkup if lots of people think a weak back leg is bad. Also I don't want to buy him and end up having problems with his back leg later on.
