No, there no better way to correct a weakness then to have it exploited and figure a way to stop it from happening again.

Weakness is in the eye of the beholder. I don't have any unless I believe I do. If someone figures out my insecurity for me, I can tackle it so that no one else can exploit it next time.

Yeah, I do. It is not something to be proud of and sometimes they can use your weakness against you.
