My boyfriend and I were asked to dress as a couple for a halloween party. He's tall and has red hair and I am just a little shorter than him with brown. We don't really want to have to do a whole lot to dress up and I was wondering if anybody has any ideas... all I have so far is ron and hermoine

Is breaking up your exercize as good as doing it all at once? My husband has a Tony Little's Gazelle. I do 10 minutes at a time on it, 3 times a day. Is that as good as doing it for 30 minutes every day? Is exercize cumulative?

Every time I do need to stop, Do I have to use the Engine Cut-Off as a normal procedure to stop my bike? or the correct way to do it is just stop and the turn the Ignition Key to the OFF position instead (without using the Engine Cut-Off button).

I would like to know what is the best way to turn off my bike every time I finish a ride.
