is 3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI TX NIC (3C905B-TX) a VGA? If not read inside if it is still read :)?

If its not a VGA can u tell me where i can find it on Device Manager and what i click there, if it is a vga which is faster GeForce2, ATI 9000 or 3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI TX NIC (3C905B-TX)

the 3Com is a NETWORK card, not a VGA
On device manager look for it under "display adapters"

Not sure on speeds, google for reviews
