I ve been really stressed and having panic attacks lately. I've also noticed in the last month that i have been having alot of stomach aches (nausea), head aches, and chest palpatations....not to mention shortness of breath...

Any advice is welcome

so i sat with him at lunch today and we like almost didn't talk the whole time. I asked him questions that i thought would start up a conversationg but he answered in a short sentence that i couldn't respond to. he was making it difficult for us to talk. and we were just sitting just the 2 of us so nobody could save the silence. i still like him but i dont know if i should sit with him again cuz he hardly ever talked. what should i do or say?!?

I need some helping finding a new therapist/psychiatrist soon, and I have to be sure to find one asap,I need to go at least once a week, but maybe starting out at least twice a week. Maybe a hospital would be good to do this?
Also maybe a day program too?

I have pretty bad allergies to ragweed and it really effects my throat, nose, and eyes.

Does anyone have any good techniques reducing the reactions I get?
Also, how can I keep my eyes from getting red and itchy do to allergies?
(I know about allergy medicine, so other suggestions would be nice.)

I finished college 5 years ago and got a BA in Psychology. As it is, I'm not using it and don't actually have intentions to. (I know, poor career planning on my part). Right now I'm in banking but I want to go to school again to pursue something else. Do people ever go back to college to get another bachelor's degree years after they graduate?

I realize I could just get a Master's in a different area, but I'm concerned I won't get into a program because I don't have the right education/job experience/and I could've gotten better grades in my undergrad studies. I just wanted to get an idea of what other people do in similar situations. Thanks.

I have the pex crimping tool to replace the copper bands. the only way I know how to remove the old bands is to cut them off with a hacksaw or grinder. is there any other solution

no not his ego..but you know..yes that..mine is only 6 I want more but what can a fat guy do..oh sure lose the lard and see if there is any more hinding in the lard..there might be..but how much...I dont think 3 inches...I would to have a 9er..to share with the world...yes you can touch it...but wash your hands first..thanks..

Having only got round to watching Raw today, gotta say what a great rollover job Kennedy did for Cena. Knowing that Cena couldnt continue in a full capacity he carried (what would of been a great match) a match that could of died. im not saying it was a classic, but what proffessionals both wrestlers were, Cena was in some pain, and Kennedy helped cover it by doing typical Heel stuff and keeping the crowd looking his way.

And for Cena to continue, and take a beating at Ortons hands too, was great commitment to his business and charachter, the guy just wont quit, love him or hate, he did the job.

But i i just wanted to see what others thought of how Kennedy re-acted, and how Cena took a few for the TEAM?

Who will take the title now, and are there too many Heels in Raw? Orton (top heel), Umaga, Carlito, McMahon etc with only Jeff Hardy and Triple HHH possibility on the babyface side. I think it will be....... Hornswoggle. lol
