I ve been really stressed and having panic attacks lately. I've also noticed in the last month that i have been having alot of stomach aches (nausea), head aches, and chest palpatations....not to mention shortness of breath...

Any advice is welcome

Those are the bodies reactions to stress.
Not an ulcer.
If this continues on too long without resolution, it could result in one...

If you have blood in your stool or vomit you have an ulcer. You can tell if there is blood when it is almost a black color, very dark. It sounds like your are having more anxiety issues rather than an ulcer, but these feeling could lead to an ulcer. So keep track of the color of your stool. If you vomit look to see if it looks bloody or dark. I hope you start feeling better soon!

There is medicine available to counter the over production of acid. You could consider the source of your stress. If there isn't any source, then look at food allergy tests.
