Medical Advancement
A British doctor says, "Medicine in my country is so advanced that we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another man, and have him looking for work in six weeks." A German doctor says, "That's nothing . We can take a lung out of one person, put it in another man,and have him looking for work in four weeks."

A Russian doctor says, "In my country, medicine is so advanced we take half a heart out of one person, put it in another man,and have both of them looking for work in two weeks."

The American doctor, not to be outdone, says, "You guys are way behind us. We just took a man with no brain out of Texas, put him in the White House, and now half the country is looking for work.

I need to register my daughter for kindergarten and the school requested a copy of my daughter's immunization record. I called the doctor's office were she had her shots and asked them if they could provide me with a copy of her record and they told me that because i have and outstanding balance they would not give me the record. I looked it up and found out that according to the nys patients bill of rights they must give it to me. So i kept calling and they kept taking down messages and then finally when i called today one of the ladies there told me to never call there office again and started to yell and harrass me saying that they dont care about the law and that i should pay my bill, told me to never call again and hung up the phone while i was still talking. Now i am so mad! I never knew i owned that much money $1000and all i needed was a copy of my daughters shots, what am i supposed to do?Hold her from school? This is rediculous, there must be a way,i really need somebodys advice.

Find the work done by force F = -3j (pounds) applied to distance that moves on a line from point (1,3) to (4,7). Assume distance is measured in feet. I just started learning vectors so I'm not sure if the following is correct:
Would the distance be (4-1, 7-3) = 3i + 4j?
Since W = F•D, is the answer (-3j) • (3i + 4j) = -12 foot-pounds? Thanks in advance

Is this correct? I thought that the term in the visiting portion of the inning would be the "go-ahead" run because since the Indians bat in the bottom of the inning, it would be impossible to predict whether the Yanks will end up winning the game?

I liked the Tingler. It was pretty funny for a scary movie. But when I saw House on the Haunted Hill in the 60s, it gave me nightmares! Especially the part where the skeleton came out of the pool of acid.

Nonbelievers, what will you do if you're wrong and it turns out that there really are leprechauns at the end of rainbows?

All the believers will go to the end of the rainbow and steal the leprechauns' pots of gold. Those who don't believer will be left home and will not get any gold.

It can't be too far to walk to the end of the rainbow. Don't you nonbelievers think you should at least try to walk there, even though rainbows don't have ends?
