Hi,
i have some questions about macro code for excel. I'm not very familiar with vb so it may be very simple but here are the 2 Questions.

Part of my macro code is "Sheets("Today").Select" But i want to place instead of "today" which is the sheet name, i want to place a variable lets say m which will be the place holder for the sheet name so i can keep changing the sheets it selects.

Second, how can i tell my macro to place text in a cell, because when i try
ActiveCell.Text = "Item#" does not work and i want to place "Item#" in the active cell.

mix sage & onion stuffing with peeled, cored & chopped cooking apple, spread half onto some pastry, lay a filet of pork on top, cover with rest of stuffing mix, bring pastry over to cover & lay seam side down on a baking sheet. It's realy a long story...but forget that part.Ex-girlfriend,had access to bank acounts,sucked them dry and left me with alot of debt. Also would not let me move out,both in arng. Returned a little bit of military property because of orders. I've used 11 police escorts and as long as she doesn't answer the door or calls from police can't do anything.
I was realy messed up in the head for a while and now the statutes of limitations have passed for suing her.
The entire situation is ugly and I could go on forever about every detail. She kept everything of mine.Military awards,baby photos,even my only videos of my twin bro before he became (Sorry can't spell it) Skitzophrenic. Every damn thing that matters to me. What do I do? Legaly can't do shiz so what to do?

I watch it and sometimes i forget that alot of children and young teens are watching this too and im like dang i wonder if their parents know that there are shows like this on tv channels that target young people and well basically children in my opinion.

im talking about shows like "flavor of love" "rock of love" "i love newyork" "date my mom". Now these might not seem bad but belive me ive watched alot of these shows and they Definitely need to be rated M
