No where. Not legally at least. Arthur Miller's play first came out in 1952. Under the public domain, basically anything before 1923 falls into the public domain and is able for sites like Project Guttenberg to post for free. After 1923, unless the author gives up their copyright the material is still under said copyright and it is illegal to download it for free. Miller died in 2005, but the copyright insures his family would still be able to recieve royalties payment from it.

If you need a free copy that badly, try checking it out from your local library.
