Why do so many people want the government to control every aspect of their life? If the government controlled our healthcare, what real decisions would we have in life? Why are people willing to give so much power to government when they can't even run programs like social security, welfare, medicare, medicaid, education, and taxation?

My Routine:

I get up and then i go into my bathroom. I take a short bath to relax then jump right into the shower. After that I dry off, do my hair, and then I brush my teeth, etc. I get dressed in my yoga clothes and go downstairs in my family room to do yoga in the morning light. Then I have breakfast, while sorting out my day. I then get dressed in my regular clothes, do something fun, such as a walk or read a book.

What do you do in the morning?

Hi All,

I have a quick question. I just recently filed bankruptcy. Two weeks ago I want to court and none of my creditors showed up. After speaking with my lawyer, it seemed that I was all done with my part. Well,lLast week I received court documentation, stating that I had to go back to court 10/1/2007, (which is the hearing date), because the lienholder for my car filed a Relief of Automatic Stay.

What exactly does this mean? I had included my car in the BK and have just been waiting for them to pick it up. Does this mean I have to keep the car now? Do I have to go back to court on the hearing date? Please help. I'm freaking out.

Whose fault would it be if car 1 was @ a stop sign. Car 1 stopped @ the stop sign then after looking both ways and seeing it's safe to cross, car 1 crossed the intersection more than 3/4 of the way when car 2 (coming from the right) hit car 1's bumper. After car 2 hit car 1, car 1 spins and hits a parked car. Whose is at fault car 1 or car 2?
