I have been at college and have 3 male friends including my roomate. I would like to make more female friends, but Im really shy aound girls...What can I do to change this? Can you rejoin a high school after dropping out??

My cousin is 18 years old and will be 19 in December. He dropped out of school when he was around 16 years old and now he wishes he never had. He made mistakes and hung out with the wrong people and now he really regrets it.

Now that he is living with me I was wondering if you could go back to school regardless of his age. I figured with a new school and new environment he would do better.

Also would he be able to play sports such as football, basketball, and baseball??

If he cant go back to school what could he do to earn a diploma?? Also where could he go to play sports??

Have a very complicated tax question...?

A friend of mine is going to buy a house, in my name, for me. The home is $400,000. This is not a loan. So who claims it on their taxes. Do I file it as income or does she tell the IRS she is giving me the money as a gift and I have to pay gift tax? Or does she pay the gift tax? I am very confused and do not know what to do. Please help!

Diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 26 wks w/ Medicaid?

I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes and already went to the diatician to do the whole low carb/low sugar diet. I prick my finger 4 times a day to monitor my blood sugar. What my question is is: Will my doctor (or most doctors) do follow up tests through the pregnancy (like another ultrasound, amniocentesis, etc) if my blood sugars are controlled? I have Medicaid and now am a high risk pregnancy, will they still cover the extra tests because they only allow one paid ultrasound during a pregnancy- will that change now? Also, if my doctor doesn't feel they are necessary, should I ask for them anyway? I'm very nervous about something being wrong with my baby (as any mother is, but more so now). Any advice would be helpful, and thank you in advance!

Hey my British friends..I need a place in Dover.?

I am going to London August 2008, I need a good place to stay for 3 or 4 days there. Then going to Dover to catch a ship. Need a place there for a night before and a night when I return.
Any suggestions would be a big help.
NOTE: I am of average income. Not rich so Buckingham Palace is out. But not a pauper either...somewhere afordable but nice. Thank you much!
