Wet Seal is a chain of stores in the US. Placing an order from the US can incur customs charges. You should check into that.
Shipping can take a very long time unless you pay extra shipping charges. I would shop in your own country.

Be very wary when ordering from a foregin country other than yours, There are literaly millions of scam sites out there to get your money. Always do a search on Google or your favorite search engine for check them out before you order and e-mail them for the conversion, or check with one of your local Banking Institutions.
